delivery and returns

DELIVERY INFORMATION Once you have purchased an artwork online, we will send you payment details for transfer of funds. We do not accept cheque or online payments at this stage. Artworks will not be delivered until cleared payment has been made in full. 

We only ship artworks within Australia. Unfortunately we do not accept overseas orders.

Shipping takes approximately 5-10 business days depending on your location and courier delivery schedules. We will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please be understanding that it may take up to 2 weeks to dispatch. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for courier delays and circumstances out of our control. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. 

Please note that you will need to be at home to accept delivery of the artwork.

Delivery of artworks to you is free of charge. If however you decide to return a piece of artwork, a delivery and restocking fee of $250 will be applied and deducted from your refund. 

In the event of the requested artworks being unavailable, we will inform you via email and affect a full refund.

RETURNS If you are unhappy with your artwork, please advise us by contacting us within 7 days of delivery of the artwork using the form below. After this time we do not accept returns.
